As an anti-discrimination advisor at the Asta of the University, it is my job to ensure an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment for all students in the university community. I work closely with students, lecturers, staff and administration at the university to recognise, prevent and combat discrimination in all its forms. This includes supporting victims of discrimination, raising awareness of diversity and inclusion, and developing and implementing policies and programmes to promote equality and respect. My aim is to create a culture in which everyone has the same opportunities and is valued equally.
