Theatre flat rate - free admission for students

Do you like theatre or just want to give it a try? Thanks to the long-standing cooperation between the AStA and the Krefeld and Mönchengladbach theatres, students at the Hochschule Niederrhein have been able to go to the theatre for free since 2014! With the theatre flat rate, they receive free admission to all regular performances as well as to the symphony concerts of the Niederrheinische Sinfoniker.

This is how it works: From six days before a performance, you can reserve a ticket by phone, email or in person at the theatre box office. Or you can simply turn up spontaneously on the evening of the performance. You can get an AStA ticket at the box office - provided there are still seats available - on presentation of your valid student ID.

Whether it's a play, opera, ballet or symphony concert - the theatre flat rate offers the perfect opportunity to experience the diverse productions of the Krefeld and Mönchengladbach theatres free of charge.

If you don't want to go alone, you can join our regularly organised group theatre visits. Coordination takes place via a WhatsApp group. If you are interested or have any questions, simply send an email to theater@asta.hn.
